Product List for a Risk-Free Weight Loss Program (D-T)
9. The Time:
All-Natural Sweets! In contrast to their artificial counterparts, store-bought sweets, these are a great source of essential nutrients; however, just like any other sweet, you should limit yourself to four or five in the spring and summer and five to fifteen (medium-sized ones) in the fall and winter.
You should wait around 10 minutes before eating a stalk of celery or lettuce, and about 12 minutes after eating a single serving of a sweet fruit like mangoes or bananas, before snacking on dates. My favorite types of dates are barhi and honey dates. Also, they are great at soaking up mucous, says Dr. Arnold Ehret. Surprisingly, they also contain protein, making them excellent providers of rapid energy.
Figures 10.
During their peak season, these unique fruits are incredibly detoxifying and packed with nutrients that help develop muscle. The preferred food of African chimpanzees, you should only purchase them during their peak summer season.
I will now discuss grapes.
They include a lot of antioxidants, which are good for you. Eat them just when they are in season (summer) and organic if possible. When possible, also try to obtain seeds. When breaking a fast, these are among the finest items to eat. Raisins are made from dried grapes.
12. Bleach:
For my part, this is one among the few non-sweet fruits that I eat regularly. Its ascorbic qualities make it an unbeatable weapon against constipation and general tiredness when squeezed fresh in warm water first thing in the morning. Despite its acidic flavor, it is readily available all year and ranks high on the list of foods that generate alkaline solutions.
twelve. Lettuce: The Most Royal of All Vegetables. They taste great even when they're plain. But you must eat them before they go bad since they're really perishable. It is a fantastic food for growing muscle and the foundation of many salads. In contrast to the lowland gorillas found in the southern regions of Nigeria and Cameroon, which subsist mostly on sweet fruits and a few leaves, the mountain gorillas of the Plateau regions of these two African countries eat mostly leaves and are incredibly massive and powerful.
Thirteen. Maple Syrup:
This dish has a healthy mix of both positive and negative sugars, making it a traditional cuisine of the indigenous Americans. Maple syrup comes in three different grades: A, B, and C. A B is the grade I would recommend. Sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, copper, and silicon are all present. Be careful to only use organic maple syrup, as some unscrupulous businesses do use formaldehyde pellets that are run through polyethene tubing during the sugaring process.
Number fourteen: mangoes
Enjoy this fruit in moderation; for optimal health, eat only when in season and choose organically cultivated fruits whenever possible. For most people, three to four will be plenty, but if they're too good to pass up, have some fun with them.
15. Mangoes:
By and large Do not eat melons with anyone else. If you must eat them with other things, wait about 20 minutes and then have some celery or lettuce because they are one of those fruits that go straight from the stomach after eating. I firmly believe that during the summer, when they are at their optimum, a human being may survive for days on end just on these. Get them ripe, and then eat them anyway you like. A watermelon fast was an experiment that paid off handsomely for me.
15. Clementines:
For those on a restricted diet, eating just one serving of these stone fruits—which are quite similar to peaches—during the summer is a great way to sneak in some extra fruit.
17. Avarice:
The fruit that can be harvested in winter safely. Like apples, it has a slightly acidic pH and is a great source of nutrients. Be sure to consume this fruit solely when it is completely ripe.
18, Pineapples:
Select cultivars that have matured on the leaves. I haven't been to Hawaii to sample their harvest just yet, but I've had the pleasure of eating them in Nigeria, and they are delicious. Because of their acidity, these fruits are best eaten first thing in the morning.
19. Paraguayan:
Grown in tropical regions like Ecuador, these potatoes are sometimes called "the air potatoes" and are delicious. You can eat them simple or with raw parsley, lettuce, or celery; they are a staple in many so-called developing nations.
twenty. Potatoes:
There are writers who think potatoes aren't good for people to eat. While it's true that it's not the best meal, that's completely inaccurate. The sweet potato, a relative of the root vegetable, is highly regarded as a food that forms an alkaline, and I have read about and been among tribes that solely eat root vegetables. After a serving of celery, I find that these boiled and mashed avocados with a pinch of sea salt provide a healthy counterpoint to overly sugary fruits. On top of being superior to even some purportedly raw recipes, they are also gentle on the digestive system. You can get them any time of year, of course.
No. 21: Tomatoes
Tomatoes, like potatoes, are in the nightshade family, but botanically speaking, they are fruits. They make a delicious dressing when combined with avocados or young coconuts. Their high oxalic acid content makes them an acidic fruit; eating just two or three of them no more frequently than once every two days is plenty.
You should always look for organically grown versions of the aforementioned items, with the possible exception of mangoes and avocados.
Achieving better health and a healthy weight loss does not have to cost a fortune. Attempting to reduce weight does not necessitate the use of any specific recipes or harmful or useless drugs. A healthy, successful, and safe weight loss that your body will love for years to come can be yours just by eating the foods that have been prescribed by God and, of course, by leading an active lifestyle.
